5:00 PM to 6:30 PM  Special Baking Contest Entries
6:00 PM  Horse Show at the Horse Show Ring
TUESDAY, August 19th
10:00 AM  Judging of Homemaker Building Exhibits
(No Admittance to Exhibit building Until after 5:30 PM)
Up until 5:00 PM  Arrival of Livestock Entries
(Pre-Registration Required) 
(All Entries must be postmarked no later than August 10th)
12 Noon to 5:00 PM  Arrival of Poultry, Goat, & Rabbit Entries
(Must be penned by 5:00 PM) (Pre-Registration is Required)
6:00 PM  Official Opening, Flag Ceremony by The Boy Scouts
6:30 PM  PARADE down Edgewood Drive Ext.

8:00 PM  Drill Team Competition, inside the commercial building -or- on the ball field. (Registration 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM
